A Few Things to Know Before You Arrive

No-Phone Policy

Camp Pinecrest is a screen-free environment. All personal devices — including smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches — must be left at home or stored securely in our locked office upon arrival. This policy is one of the things families love most about us: your camper will be fully present, making real friendships and real memories. We send weekly photo updates to all families so you can see the fun as it happens.

Drop-Off Policy

To keep check-in smooth and exciting for every camper, we ask that drop-offs take place at the designated Welcome Pavilion only. Our counselors will greet your family, help carry gear to the cabin, and make sure your camper feels at home right from the start. Tearful goodbyes are totally normal — and we promise, within 20 minutes they will be laughing with new friends.
