Plan Update

Your plan has been updated to Free

Hi Sarah, we have received your request to move from the Pro plan to the Free plan. This change will take effect at the end of your current billing period on February 14, 2026. Until then, you will continue to have full access to all Pro features.

What changes on February 14, 2026

Unlimited Projects

Your account will be limited to 3 active projects. Projects beyond this limit will be archived and remain accessible in read-only mode.

Priority Support

Dedicated support with guaranteed response times will no longer be available. You will continue to have access to our community help center and standard support queue.

Custom Domain

Your custom domain configuration will be removed at the end of the billing period. Your workspace will revert to the default subdomain on emailbits.io.

Changed your mind?

You can upgrade back to Pro at any time before your billing period ends and your plan will remain uninterrupted. No setup required.

Upgrade Back to Pro

We respect your decision and are glad you are still part of the EmailBits community. If you have feedback on what influenced this change, we would genuinely appreciate hearing it. Share your feedback.
