How we show up for each other

The Consultancy runs on three shared values. They are not rules — they are the culture.

Generosity

Share what you know, even when it feels like giving away the good stuff. The members who give the most get the most back — every single time.

Candor

Say what you actually think. Polite vagueness is not helpful. Honest, direct feedback — delivered with care — is what makes this community worth paying for.

No self-promotion in general channels

We have a dedicated #wins-and-offers channel for that. General channels are for conversation, questions, and collaboration — keep them clean and valuable for everyone.
