Before You Arrive

Coat prep: Please arrive with Biscuit's coat clean and brushed if possible. If there is matting we cannot work through, a de-matting service is available at drop-off for an additional $15.

Cancellation policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This helps us offer the slot to another furry friend on our waitlist.

Pickup Notification

Once Biscuit is looking fabulous and ready to go, we will send you a text message to let you know. Estimated pickup is between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM. No need to wait around — we have got it covered.
