Inside Your First Box

Each Artisan Discovery Box is curated by our in-house product team and sourced directly from independent makers, small-batch producers, and craft studios across North America and Europe. Your first box introduces you to the full range of what your subscription covers.

Artisan Food and Pantry Items

Expect small-batch preserves, specialty salts, infused oils, or craft condiments selected for quality and provenance. Each item includes a producer card with the story behind the maker.

Home and Lifestyle Goods

Handcrafted ceramics, linen goods, beeswax candles, or natural home accessories. Items are selected to complement one another and create a cohesive aesthetic experience.

A Curated Reading Insert

Every box includes a printed editorial card featuring seasonal inspiration, recipes, care instructions for your items, and a note from the curator. It is designed to be kept, not discarded.

Managing Your Subscription

Your subscription is fully flexible. You are in complete control of your plan at all times, and no action is required unless you wish to make a change. Here is a summary of what you can do from your account dashboard:

Pause your subscription

Going on holiday or need a break? You can pause deliveries for up to three consecutive months without losing your subscription rate or member benefits.

Update your delivery address

Address changes made at least 5 business days before your next scheduled dispatch date will apply to your next box. Changes made after the cutoff will apply to the following cycle.

Change your billing cycle

Switch between monthly, quarterly, and annual billing at any time. Upgrading to an annual plan provides a 15% discount applied immediately to your next billing date.

Cancel at any time

There is no minimum commitment period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings page. Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent future charges.

When will I be billed for my next box?

Your billing date is set to the same date each month as your initial sign-up. You will receive a billing reminder email 3 days before each charge so you have time to make any changes to your plan.

What happens if an item in my box arrives damaged?

If any item arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit to your account, whichever you prefer.

Can I customise the contents of my box?

The Artisan Discovery Box is a fully curated experience, meaning contents are selected by our team each month. However, you can update your preferences — including dietary restrictions and product category interests — from your account profile, and our team will take these into account during curation.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. International shipping to select European countries is planned for Q3 2026. Subscribers will be notified when their region becomes available.
