Venue Access and Setup Begins

Floral, AV, and staging vendors begin installation at Grand Nordic Hall.

June 13, 2026

Full Rehearsal Day

All vendors and staff on-site for complete run-through of event flow.

June 14, 2026

Spring Summit 2026 – Event Day

Doors open at 8:30 AM. All vendors must be fully operational by 8:00 AM.

Confirm dietary restriction data with catering partners

Distribute vendor access passes and parking permits
