Drop-Off and Pickup Procedures

We want every morning to feel smooth and stress-free for both you and Emma. Here is what to expect each day:

Morning drop-off is between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM. Please enter through the main front door on Maple Street and sign Emma in at the front desk tablet.

Afternoon pickup is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. A valid photo ID is required for all pickups until staff become familiar with your family.

Authorized pickups must be listed on your enrollment form. To add or update authorized adults, please contact the front office at least 24 hours in advance.

Meet Emma's Lead Teacher

Ms. Sarah Holloway

Lead Teacher, Toddler Room

Ms. Sarah has 8 years of early childhood experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development. She believes every child deserves a nurturing space to feel safe, curious, and celebrated every single day.

What to Bring on the First Day

To help Emma settle in comfortably, please pack the following items in a clearly labeled bag:

Two complete changes of clothing (labeled with her name)

A small comfort item such as a stuffed animal or blanket

—

Diapers or pull-ups and any preferred wipes (if applicable)

—

Sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher, labeled) for outdoor play

—

Any required medications with a completed authorization form

—

A labeled water bottle — we encourage hydration throughout the day
