Sarah Mitchell

Senior Virtual Assistant — Operations and Communications

Sarah brings over six years of experience supporting executives and founders across SaaS, consulting, and e-commerce sectors. She specializes in calendar management, inbox triage, research, and client communications. Sarah is based in the Eastern Time Zone and has been briefed on your account preferences ahead of your first session.

How to communicate with your VA

Primary Platform — AssistDesk Dashboard

All task submissions, file sharing, and status updates happen inside your AssistDesk client portal. Log in at app.assistdesk.io using the credentials sent in a separate email.

Response Time SLA

Sarah will acknowledge all new tasks within 2 business hours and provide a completion estimate. Standard tasks are completed within 24 hours. Complex or multi-step requests may require 48 hours with prior notice.

Task Submission Process

Submit tasks using the structured task form in your dashboard. Include a clear title, priority level (Low, Medium, High), deadline, and any relevant attachments or reference links. Clear briefs lead to faster, more accurate results.

Your first-week onboarding checklist

Complete these three steps in your first week to ensure a smooth working relationship.

Step 1

Grant Access Permissions

Share access to the tools Sarah will need — email, calendar, project management software, and any relevant cloud storage. Use the secure credentials vault inside your dashboard to share logins safely.

Step 2

Upload Your Brand Voice Document

Upload your brand guidelines, tone-of-voice document, or any communication templates you use regularly. This ensures Sarah represents your brand accurately in all written communications from day one.

Step 3

Build Your Priority Task Queue

Add your most pressing tasks to the priority queue inside the dashboard. Aim for at least three tasks to give Sarah a clear picture of your immediate needs and working style.

Ready to get started?

Submit your first task now and Sarah will begin working on it within 2 business hours. The sooner you submit, the sooner results are delivered.
