1. Introduction

Welcome to Email Bits ("Service") operated by Ignite Bright, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Email Bits (https://emailbits.co) provides HTML Email Templates created by us and community contributors to help entrepreneurs and marketers design and send emails more efficiently.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Licensing and Ownership

When purchasing a license for our HTML Email Templates, users:

• Can copy and paste the code to create new email templates from other paid HTML Email templates.
• Own the code but do not have the right to resell it to other companies.
• May purchase an additional license for resale rights.
• Are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

5. User Data Collection

We collect the following user data:

• Required: Name, email, and payment information
• Optional: Location and company name

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. We will determine what constitutes a material change in our sole discretion.
